Labor Doula

I am available to support you through your experience…your way. Whether you choose to give birth at home with a midwife, in a hospital with an obstetrician, or something in between. 

It is your birth experience and through education and support I hope to help make it the best possible, creating a beautiful beginning and a beautiful life-long memory. 

Antepartum Doula

It is our goal as antepartum doulas to help the expectant mother and her family deal with her high risk pregnancy. We are available to answer questions, help with light household chores, meal preparation, and sibling care. A mother on bed-rest or with restricted activity can easily become depressed. We can help find activities and fitness programs tailored to her needs, restrictions and interests to help her pass this time.
